My Zoom also has all icons missing and is very slow launching a meeting. It has also lost the ability to upload new background images or video.
Make sure you have not disabled secure boot - boot into recovery mode and check.
I have the same issue - its a loop where the mac asks to unlock the phone, then the phone asks for its pin, then the mac says try again, then the pin again and so on
This is a specific Developer build issue. I posted in the main forums and was told to post here. :-)
